Que Blackout Youth Theater is dedicated to empowering young individuals through a
comprehensive program encompassing performing arts, technical skills, and media arts. Our
goal is to transform the creative ideas of underprivileged youth into tangible reality, while also
fostering the development of essential life and learning skills.
